Covering 122 hectares, Macarthur Heights includes around 966 residential lots and is home to approximately 2,460 new residents. This new residential area has been designed with the needs of households of all sizes and incomes in mind.

Macarthur Heights offers 175,000m2 of community facilities, including a sports fields precinct, and 210,750m2 of public open space. The area’s many parks and riparian corridors make it easy for residents to enjoy the great outdoors and stay active.
Project Management:
Landcom managed the development of Macarthur Heights, which included planning approvals, construction, and sale of residential lots. The masterplan for the site was completed in 2012, with initial development approvals received between 2012-2014. Since then, Macarthur Heights has become a thriving community that continues to grow and evolve.
