Covering 92 hectares, Newbrook Estate includes around 2104 residential lots and is home to approximately 4800 new residents. This new residential area has been designed with the needs of households of all sizes and incomes in mind.

Community Facilities:
Newbrook Estate offers diverse community facilities and open spaces with around 880 existing houses improved for public and private ownership, 53 retained senior apartments, 52 new senior apartments, and 1,119 new homes. Emphasizing nature, it features 38 hectares of regenerated bushland, connecting to Georges River Reserve, creating a wildlife corridor.

Project Management:
Landcom is leading the Newbrook Estate development, handling concept planning, approvals, construction oversight, and lot sales for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation. They collaborate with TAFE NSW and contractors, offering skill development programs to the community for long-term job prospects.

Its redevelopment revitalizes an area with disadvantaged housing, creating a sustainable, mixed-income community with improved open spaces.
